Description

Some symbols, such as '<', '>' and '+' in the topic names are converted into smth unreadable on disappear on the topic page.

Special characters like '<' and '+' are not supported for topic names.

I will consider this a feature request to support any character.

Verified only on '<' and '>' in 2.8RC1, '+' is ok.
