  Running 2.7.91 on Windows Server 2003 using IIS and ISAPI redirector to Tomcat 5.5

I created a topic with name `P+ Overview`. When I tried to purge it once it was orphaned I delete content, add 'delete' and save. I then get an additional topic in the orphaned list called `P Overview`. Both this and the original have the 'delete' content but when I purge only the newly created topic goes. The original is still there.

I'm only running a text based version at the moment as I still need to move it over to a database.

Nice software by the way. Really appreciate your efforts.
