I work with people that I'd really like to have
participate in wiki-based collaborations, but
technophobes and people that don't want to participate
can usually get out of contributing by saying the
markup is too hard or whatever...
These pages have a good discussion and there are links
to ideas for various approaches that people have tried
in the past.

I'd be happy with a "preview" button so that I
could preview
the page before saving it -- that would cut down on
extraneous history when I find that I messed up the formatting.
